Orders and Shipping

Many of our items are made at the time of the order. Please check each listing and see the average shipping times. If ordering multiple items, the order will ship when are items are completed.

Please contact us before your order ships to change the shipping address. If shipping outside the US, an additional fee may be required.

We will send tracking information for your package once it ships.

No. We use Square to process payments so your credit card number is never entered into our site.

We charge North Carolina sales tax to all orders being shipping to a North Carolina address.

If you are outside the US, please contact us and provide us with the item you wish to purchase, any customization to it and your shipping address. We can give you a final price for shipping that product(s) outside of the US.

Product Questions

The standard sealer is for indoor use. If you would like an outdoor sealer, please contact us. We cannot guarantee the piece will not fade or have water damage from being outdoors. If used outdoors, we encourage placing them in a covered, dry area.

Use a damp cloth and gently wipe the surface. Do not use any cleaning agents or chemicals.

The lights have an estimated life of 50,000 hours. If a failure occurs, most likely it is with the transformer. The transformers and remotes are replaceable, simply contact us here for information.

In the extremely rare case the lights need to be replaced, the

artwork is designed to come apart to expose the lights. Contact us for instructions on how to replace the lights.

Currently, we only offer the plugin version. The plugin version requires a standard US two-prong 120V outlet.
